I was utterly appalled. I was horrified at the words that greeted me when I logged into Immortal Night to read a reply to a question I had asked the Immortal Night Administrator team. Yes I had been pitted for what they claim to be an occurrence of ‘hate speech’ toward another user, however I had simply asked for evidence of this and that I be given a chance to apologise for my unintentional comments if they had even occurred in the first instance. Regardless of whether I had been pitted or not, had I received the comment you see below I would still be posting this here and never going back to immortalnight.com for love nor money. Not only was I refused to be shown evidence (which I had politely requested) of this alleged comment I had made, but I was in no uncertain terms called a cunt and told I should fuck off and die by a member of the IN administration team. Inexcusable. Inexperienced Imbeciles all three of them. I am still trying to come to terms with the disgusting attitude of the Immortal night administration team and if nothing else, there is definitely one thing I can take from this nasty episode, and that is that Violet, Nikita, and Kanine could not care less about the people who play Immortal Night as long as they are making money. There other issues I have with this MMORPG and have had for quite some time, but that is not the point of this review and I will let you discover those for yourselves if you still wish to play the game after reading this. ANY good review here was done by the admon or a player paid to do it. The game itself is a total clone of homowars or any of those other lame attempts with simple combat and stat systems but with vampires and werewolfs. The game was designed with the same software you find in all those other crappy knockoffs. Finally to game play, first its advertised as a "free" game, dont be fooled you must pay for things like donator packs if you want to do things like block harassing mails (and yes the game is full of psychos and admin will just tell you to get a donator pack and block them if you complain) The game crashes regularly and so does the chat site, they are always full of excuses as to why this is never fixed. The admin regularly give game supplys to their facebook and twitter friends and allow them to break all kinds of their vague game rules. This is a total turd that has circled the bowl for almost 3 years now but dont take my word for it, for a real glimpse to how the admin feel about the players heres a direct quote from player #1 the head admin Nikita [1] [REPLY] [Report] Delete I know the reviews are bad. This is my first browser game, I found it cumbersome at first but the learning curve is probably only 2 to 3 hours. 2010-12-18 10:37:39 Immortal Night Review: I'm writing this review of Immortal Night after playing the game for 400+ days: While the initial concept of the game may sound appealing there are some severe issues one should know about before investing time into it. For one the admins response time varies heavily on issues. I myself and now another player have had our health "bugged". We use the same item which in the game is supposed to give 300 health and it simply doesn't. In fact the item instead allows us to have the standard health and when we remove it... 300 less than everyone else. Low priority on the admins fix list. Took ten days for them to get around to fixing mine. It's been three so far for hers, no fix. Last night and the night before a lot of rankings in the Hall of Fame changed. People used newfound stats to pound on enemies who had thrashed them in the past. Now, in their infinite wisdom, the admins have removed these stats setting those triumphant voctors up to once again be chew toys. This was because of a "training course" in the game that has been offered as a game feature. Many took the time and game money to utilize this game option. Maybe it did not affect all that many in the community as the course was expensive to begin with but I know several people are upset with it and after telling several of my friends "Yeah, blow the 100 million it's well worth it!" I found out that it's actually not worth much more than the 10 million dollar schooling in gain. After awarding something it should not be removed. Period. Any other business would NOT go back to their customers and say: Oops, we gave you the gold package by accident for the cost of bronze you're gonna have to come back to the store and exchange it. We as players do not have the choice to sell back the schooling results if we do not like them, we are stuck with what we are given. Now even that seems to be easily refuted at the will of the game staff. The better fix would have been to award 2-4 times the stat gain for those over level 100 that were enterprising enough to take the course. Players have come to admins over virtual items they purchased and used incorrectly and were told: "All sales are final, sorry for your luck" Changes like this one and others are the reason why I haven't asked more of my gaming friends here. After watching the development so far it does not seem that playability is as important a factor to staff as it should be. It really seems to be more about how to get people to spend more and more. By others I mean: Limiting hell hounds so more bombs are needed, controlling the sales of BOA to be a one generation item, slowly increasing the gold market max. All of these seem geared toward donator item sales. One big time donator left the game. Before he did he gave out a massive amount of his items. This has resulted in many people being banned from returning to the game. Not him however. Apparently money talks. All in all I can only recommend this game to those who can afford to buy the affections of staff. If you are reading that this game is "free to play", look elsewhere. It's free to sit there and be insulted by staff, be well behind the donators, get ripped off by the donators and beaten into a pulp over every perceived slight. No, I am not on of those new players either that this has been happening to. I am ranked in the top 150 out of the million+ accounts and do very well in game for myself. The reason as to why they do this is up for speculation, however the general consensus is that the problem players in game are also the game's contributors and friends with the administration. Here is a basic timeline of events: - I enjoyed the game for free for appox. 1 day - I donated 25 dollars to upgrade my account #NAME? - I did not want to wait 7 days to be able to talk to anyone since the role playing aspect of this game is what appeals to me most, so I created another account and transfered everything to it so I could use my email. - shortly thereafter I had both accounts shut down for 300 days - I then created a 3rd account just so I could play, it was shutdown as well - this all happened in the span of about 2 days #NAME? Hopefully this emails finds its way to somene who cares about this game and it customers as I believe it is great game! I've spoken to admin a few times and they are always helpful to me and other players. Actually, they are the fairest admin i have seen in an MMORPG and I have played many. The game is great - so many aspects and I like being a Lycan as you can fight vampires or other lycans...
